Competition 2

So, in answer to my previous post... this week I was thinking about what I said and I still agree, but it's getting harder. When there are too many companies going for the same niche... it's hard to pull ahead without directly competing. If there's a way to switch over to an unsatisfied niche, that would be best, but sometimes the market gets too full of companies trying to do everything and then the only way to get even a modest profit is to directly compete. I guess the key is finding a niche that no one else can get into because your company has a competitive advantage somehow... barriers to entry...
